a) Contact forms & Zoho Forms
When you submit a form on our website (via Zoho Forms), we collect the personal data you voluntarily provide, such as:

To contact you regarding our coaching services, clarify your request, and provide information about next steps.

Your data is stored and processed via Zoho Corporation. Zoho may process data on servers located outside the EU. Zoho commits to appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

b) WhatsApp communication
If you contact us via WhatsApp or share your WhatsApp number, communication may take place via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited for EU users).
Data processed:
- Phone number
- Message content
- Metadata (e.g. timestamps)
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. However, WhatsApp may process metadata, which is outside of our control.
Purpose:
To respond to your inquiry, provide personal support, and share coaching-related information.
Legal basis:

We do not share WhatsApp data with third parties and delete conversations once they are no longer required.
