Participation in coaching is voluntary and based on personal responsibility.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching outcomes depend largely on the individual engagement, openness, and actions of the client.
We do not guarantee specific results such as employment, career advancement, funding approval, or personal transformation.
5. Eligibility & Funding (AZAV / Jobcenter)
Some coaching services may be eligible for funding through the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter via an AZAV voucher.
Approval, scope, and duration of funded coaching are solely determined by the responsible public authority. Rooted Beyond does not influence funding decisions.
6. Appointments & Communication
Coaching sessions may take place online, by phone, or in person, depending on agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing correct contact details and ensuring availability at agreed times.
Communication may occur via email, video conferencing tools, or WhatsApp, subject to prior consent.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated confidentially.
Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others.
8. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions, as responsibility remains with the client.
9. Website Content & Availability
We strive to keep website content accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee completeness, correctness, or uninterrupted availability.
